A complete listing can be viewed here Pricing: The price listed is for a month or any portion of the month that internet service is provided. A one time exception is offered to new customers. A new customer's internet service fee will be pro-rated to the portion of the first month that internet access is offered. A month is defined as beginning at midnight on the first day of the month and ending at midnight on the last day of the month. There is a one time setup fee of $10.00 for new accounts. Service: We guarantee a service level of 99% within a one year period and a better then 95% service level within any one month period (note: service is measured on a 24 hour basis). Cancellation: If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of the month. Your cancellation will not be effective until you receive a cancellation number from us. |
