 We offer family safe filtered internet access. With our filtered access connection, many types of online material are restricted from being shown on your computer screen. This service covers access through web sites(http), FTP, and news groups. Some of the material restricted include porn, weapons, drugs, etc. 

Filtered access limits material containing:


Adults only
 Drugs
 Gambling
Lingerie
 Nudity Suicide / murder
Tasteless / gross
 Profanity
 School cheating
Sex
 Porn sites
 Hate sites
Illegal
Weapons

(Note: although we make every effort to filter out sites with the above subject matter, some sites may still leak through our filters. We cannot offer a 100% guarantee that our filtering will stop all sites with the above subjects. If you have filtered service and you are able to download a site with the above subject matter, please contact us so that we may add that site to our filters.)

Pricing: The price listed is for a month or any portion of the month that internet access is provided. A one time  exception is offered to new customer. A new customer's  access fee will be pro-rated to the portion of the first month that internet access is offered. A month is defined as beginning at midnight on the first day of the month and ending at midnight on the last day of the month.
There is a one time setup fee of $10.00 for new accounts.

Service Level: We guarantee a service level of 99% within a one year period and a better then 95% service level within any one month period (note: service is measured on a 24 hour basis).

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of the month.  Your cancellation will not be effective until you receive a cancellation number from us.
